INGREDIENTS

Chicken Legs
4tblsp
Soy Sauce
2
instant Noodles
2handfuls
bean sprouts
1tblsp
Flour
3tblsp
Thai Basil and sesame Crush Pesto
METHOD
Step 1
Marinade the chicken leg with salt and soy sauce.
Step 2
Add the chicken to 200ml of boiling water.
Step 3
Stir in two spoons of Crush Pesto’s Thai Basil and sesame pesto.
Step 4
Cook for 8 minutes with the water simmering.
Step 5
Meanwhile, boil your noodles for 4 mins.
Step 6
Fry your bean sprouts in a little oil until coloured.
Step 7
Once the chicken is cooked, pull from the bone and remove half of the liquid.
Step 8
In a separate bowl make a slurry using a tblsp of flour from your panty and splash of water.
Step 9
Mix well until combined.
Step 10
Heat the rest of the sauce and gradually add your slurry stirring well until you have a thick gravy.
Step 11
Add soy sauce to taste and then combine your cooked noodles and pulled chicken into the sauce.
Step 12
Serve in a bowl with the beansprouts on top.
